You are planning a Book signing or Product Launch?? GREAT! Let us help you! This is a one-time paid option that holds 3-5 meetings depending on the level of planning you require for your Event Day. In our first meeting we will establish your overall theme and vision. The 2nd meeting we bring to you a Design board, invitation options(digital and paper), timeline, door prize/vendor/music/catering options. The 3rd meeting, we will go through your guest list, provide you with Promotional Swag options and your Event Marketing options and fine tune any last minute details. This includes 5 hours of behind the scenes preparation work. Each additional hour will be billed out at $80/hour. APPOINTMENT ADD-ON: $250- 2 additional meetings for audio/video/media/lighting For a total of $750 The 4th and 5th meetings (if required) are for those events that will host and Video or Audio/Media components. You will meet with our Audio/Media Production guys for these. This is to plan only and does not include the Video/Photo costs.
